Refund & Exchange Policy
At Rakesh Sarees, we strive to provide the best quality products to our customers. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Return Policy
We do not accept returns on any products once they are delivered.
Kindly review product details, descriptions, and images carefully before placing your order.
2. 5-Day Exchange Policy
We offer a 5-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.
Exchange Conditions:

The exchange request must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact.

Exchange is subject to stock availability.
If the requested product is unavailable, customers may choose another product of equal or higher value (difference amount to be paid by customer).
3. Shipping Charges for Exchange

Both-side shipping charges (return + re-shipping) are to be borne by the customer.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
We only process damage claims if:

An unboxing video is recorded clearly from start to finish.

The video must show the sealed package being opened and the defect clearly visible.

The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Without a proper unboxing video, no damage claims will be accepted.
5. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Customized or altered products

Products purchased during clearance or special sale (if mentioned)

Unboxing video (if damaged)
